Spaguetis con salsa de pimiento del piquillo

Hoy traemos una propuesta diferente y fácil de hacer: ¡salsa de pimiento del piquillo!

¿Cómo no se nos había ocurrido antes? Cambiar el sabor sin cambiar el color, puede ser un buen truco para introducir nuevas combinaciones en la alimentación de los más pequeños.

Spaguetis integrales con salsa de pimiento del piquillo.

Tiempo de preparación 20 minutos
Tiempo de cocción 15 minutos
Tiempo total 35 minutos
Raciones 1 ración

Ingredientes

  • Espaguetis integrales un puñado, unos 60-80gr.
  • Tomate disecado 3 trozos.
  • Albahaca 4 hojas.
  • AOVE una cucharada sopera
  • Ajo un diente
  • Orégano una cucharada pequeña
  • Pimiento del piquillo medio bote pequeño (unos 125 gr)
  • Tomate triturado dos cucharadas soperas

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Cocemos los espaguetis.
  2. Ponemos en una batidora todos los ingredientes: tomate disecado, albahaca, AOVE, ajo, orégano, pimiento del piquillo, tomate triturado.

  3. Mientras se cuecen los espaguetis vamos realizando la salsa; lo mezclamos todo durante 5 min, hasta que veamos que está bien triturado todo.

  4. Ponemos los espaguetis en un plato y le añadimos la salsa.
